What the form stores

Name, phone, email, ZIP, size, project type, placement and timing, plus the page address and referring page.

Proof of permission

The words of the permission box you checked, the time, your IP address and your browser user-agent.

Recipients

Up to three dumpster firms working in Chicago, for the purpose of quoting your job. Nobody else.

Retention

Up to five years, kept as evidence of consent and not reused for anything else.

Opting out

Any firm that contacts you must stop when you ask. For a copy or deletion of your record, email support@chicagodumpsterguide.com.
